Her daily responsibilities supported her overarching goal to establish a foundation to scale the diverse team. She was set in a unique position in this role, as the organization is a global, multi-language, country, and time zone tech company. Working very closely with Rivalry’s founders, Poonam helped to codify and develop the core company values and code of conduct, ensuring that these aspects reflect a growing culture.
